| PRICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FOR THE YEAR 2003Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Remaining rent is due 8 weeks prior to departure, plus a Breakage/Damage Deposit of £100 and a Telephone Deposit of £50 (bills are monthly and itemised). We would prefer in general for breakages to be replaced and paid for in Portugal, the management company can help with this, so that the house is not short of anything and we can return your cheques untouched.Provisions - these can be bought on your behalf, for your arrival to tide you over until you can get to one of the many supermarkets (including one in Portelas), for which you pay the management company directly. We have a list of suggestions for you to check. We have 1 cot, and a second one can be hired from the management company, including linen, for £30 p.w. High chairs - £10 p.w. The management company should be paid directly. The house has 2 barbeques - 1 gas and 1 coal.IMPORTANT - Whatever villa you book in the Algarve, do not leave booking your flight until too late! |
